I think their management needs a thorough change or reconsideration in their policies employed, in the least. They should allow for promotional vacanies for their long term and extremely hardworking and effiecient employees, because they represent a critical tool of success to the business. Offering them incentives and rooting benefits make it hard for them to leave for another job or look for career change, reducing the company's need to retrain larger number of employees.
