"I liked working at Rampage with my staff and being able to meet new customers and help them decided which outfit would be best for them."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"When I told them I was leaving they told me they wanted me to step up to the plate and act as manager. I said to them, You should've have promoted someone to the store manager. I wasn't going to start telling my co-workers what they needed to do with out being given the job title."

What don't you like about working at Rampage Clothing?

"When I was first hired the store didn't have a store manager. The acting store manager then moved to Maryland. After she left, they hired on one more assistant store manager. We were short on management coverage for about two months. My self and the new assistant manager basically worked everyday. We didn't seem to get any help from our district manager and after the holidays she left the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"When I would explain to them that myself and the other assistant manager worked everyday in order to have coverage and to stay with in our 40 hours a week. She and I worked for a month straight. It would have been nice if our district manager could've helped us out so we could've had a day off."
