"The rep in Payroll or HR was truly a dream to work with. Although she was very persistent in getting the necessary forms to add you to the payroll system in order to meet the critical cutoffs, she did it in a way that was humorous, but effective."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Maybe consider expanding your service offering to include opportunities for Business Continuity professionals. I was an aberration because the engagement for me was outside your core competency."
