"The company is burning out its employees. It is too slow moving and there are a lot of red-tape and processes. Promotions are hard to come by unless you have a strong circle. Career movement is based more on seniority rather than performance."

"Beware the company has highs and lows. When sales are good it is busy and a great place to be. The opposite is also true."

"The company was having problems selling their products and it was always a worry if there were going to be lay offs."

"The company is in a very tough market, and economy. They operate as best as they can."
