"To be truly successful there are a lot of hours that must be put in and the rewards are few and far between."

"Assist the agents in building a plan to be successful and develop a work plan to give the agents."

"Have a lot of questions and expectations of what you expect from a company. Have concise goals written and be sure that you perform them and keep a positive outlook."

"I feel that the company is outdated and they are not investing into improving for the future. I have been the youngest agent there now for 7 years."

"They need to become more aggressive with recruiting, education, and technology. The company has great owners but there is a lot of room for improvement."

"I am completely autonomous and in control of my own schedule. This is great for me."

"Be a go getter, enthusiastic and driven. Great company to work for."

"Commission only. No benefits. No retirement and no vacation. Completely self employment based and though this is nice, not having a regular paycheck is not."
