"Great work environment, very professional and great managers. I recommend working in the organization."
"Red Ventures is a great place to work, especially for creative careers. The team is flexible, easygoing and does a great job of ensuring you grow in the areas you need and want to. Everything needed to do the job is provided, and the amenities in the South Charlotte campus are phenomenal for taking a nice relaxing break! Couldn't be happier with working here."
"Red Ventures is a great company for people right out of school, I had a hard time seeing it as a long term employer. They have a high turnover rate that I was unaware of at that time. It didn't work with my current life status, I'm married with a child on the way and my shift didn't really work for me. I tried to make the best of the situation for as long as I could."
"Worked with Red Ventures for 7 years... careful, that is the max for most employees."
What do you like about working at Red Ventures?

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Take the stress into serious consideration. Numbers is everything to this company and it has a very high turn over due to how often numbers are checked. They say it's a marathon run every month when in reality it is a dead spring all the time."
What don't you like about working at Red Ventures?
"The stress level can be very high at times. Numbers are measured every 2weeks and everyone must be at least 75% of the team center average. With having numbers measured so often did not leave a lot of room for error or slower days."

"Have numbers measures once a month so that the sales rep has time to fix any slow or bad times they might have had."
