"the people I wokred with in regards to sales staff, and office manager/payroll."

"RUN! This job has all sorts of posting up saying changed management/offices nothing has changed but the pay dropped. Don't waste your time with these clowns!"
What don't you like about working at FatPipe Networks?
"everything else CEO micro manages/discriminates. no way out of cold call hell was there for 6 years still required to make 100 a day. No room for advancement. No support post sales to insure sales stick, stuck up support staff that does what they want when they want with no repercusion. Lowered commision every year for last 4 years straight."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"hire a actual CEO/Operations director that knows what he is doing!"

"Prepare for constant challenges, understand the competitions and understand the customer doesn't always tell the truth."

"It's a very competitive industry, customers are not always honest."

"On the most part management did a great job. I would ask for less redundent reporting."

"There was no room for growth and management turnover was high."

"I would suggest to be passionate, honest, use the STAR format when answering questions. However, the most important is to just be yourself."

"It was a contract position and a roll over timeline was not given."

"Management hires outside companies to give them suggestions and feedback."

"Great office enviornment, management cares very much about its employees, very good technicalogical tool to work with."

"Be prepared to interview with 7+ people when interviewing and be able to address all of your experience."
What don't you like about working at The Davis Cos.?
"There are too many please that need to sign off on something for any change to happen. What should take a couple of hours takes weeks or months."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire people who specialize in the are they are being hired for, rather than hiring generalists. Streamline the process of changing policies that don't work."
What do you like about working at Meggitt?
"My boss is a great guys and I enjoy the people that I work with. Meggitt backs their products with great warranties and the do what they say. Integrity is a very important traight in my world."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Meggitt is a great company with some very positive people. Be very professional when interviewing and make sure you can do what you say and be prepaired to back it up. If you can do that you will have a long career."
What don't you like about working at Meggitt?
"I feel the politics and lack of control in some areas affects the outcome of some of my projects and limits my ability to make more sales."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They need to stream line their quotes process and simplify the paper process to one form that can be used by all departments. The CRM we have available should be used by all areas of the sales process, instead of limited to the capture manager on project manager prior to installation. The company needs to go back to manufacturing all of their projects to make them for affordable and make the company more profitable."

"first of all Eagle was a long time agothis should really be about Drive - I liked the compensations"

"not really, Drive is its own entity - if you become the top rep be wary-lol"

"they replaced me with 3 people and paid them what I made after I built the business"

"they already have my suggestions again I am speaking of Drive Medical now"

"Remote position, but I was provided with good support. The freedom to pursue new business was enjoyable. We enjoyed multiple program wins and a good deal of success."

"Very good for the right individual, you need to take initiative, and a hands on attitude with respect to program management."

"One of the owners had a need to micro manage."

"CIT downsized in 2012 and so the company wasn't very stable."

"Better strategic planning and field communication. The company didn't notify the sales force of their eventual intent to downsize."
