"The team work in the maintenance shop was the corrner stone of my staying there."

"Good luck, I do believe that Richs as a whole is probibly a good deal different at the corp. level or at least it use to be Bob Rich was a fine man"

What don't you like about working at Rich Products?

"lack of recognition & direction they failed me by not suporting the needs of the shop and lead by taking credit for work they didnt do. And blaming instead of team work instead of scrutinizing after the fact assist in correcting."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"leadership and ethics need a great deal of work just to bring it up to par. The name and blame game. And lead by who is making me feel good about myself generally have no place in a company especially one using family as the associate treatment guide."

"Be innovative and don't be afraid to throw around new ideas you might have."

What don't you like about working at Rich Products?

"The only downside to working at Rich Products is it's located in Buffalo, NY. I'd prefer it if it were down south or on the West Coast."

"I don't think I'd do anything differently. We're making smart business decisions and growing the business year over year."
