"Hello. I’ve worked for Ricoh for a couple of years now. It’s a great company in accommodating flexible schedules, and in finding the right positions that meet your needs. With one of the largest break rooms I’ve ever seen. They offer over time for those who are interested but it’s not forced ( most of the time) for those who would rather not. Over all it’s a good work place to expand your experience."

"Ricoh Electronics is a company in which they stand by their value of their product and Quality is #1 putting Safety first. Team players with brainstorming abilities and fact finding which resulted in quick response. Benefits are important and Ricoh had excellent benefits"

"Rioch is a great company to work for with the potential for growth to anyone that wants it."

What don't you like about working at Ricoh?

"Main plant was located in California which is a 3 hr difference and all meetings held between plants were on California time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Upper Management needs to realize the employees on the floor are the back bone to our success and to acknowledge employees by saying hello and thanks."
