The carpet was so filthy I just threw away anything that accidentally fell and touched the carpet. The coffee and water was free. There was a kitchen but we weren't allowed to use it. Only vending machines."

"Be your self and do not give up. Be focusd and apply your self."

"The management and there is no room for to grow in the company."

"Keep their promisses and follow through. Also provide good training for the employees."

"A few really good co-workers, and some interesting problems. That doesn't make up for a crazy schedule always or clue-free executive team."

"Don't. Well, ok if you really need a job pronto."

What don't you like about working at Ricoh?

"Micro-management from Japan. HR that only backs up management no matter what. Lack of respect for senior people. All decision made by executive team and almost none by senior engineers. Rude and usually clue-free management and HR."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None for management. I would advise the investors to not run with sunk costs and to salt the earth."
