The owner is constantly concerned with micro-managing and making a buck anywhere, causing considerable strain on employees by adding additional work for very little in return. If you are drowning, there's no one you can contact to help relieve the pressure. Did I mention you'll have no life? Because you will have no life. I recommend creatives stay far far away."
