What do you like about working at Robert Half?

"Robert Half Technologies worked hard to find a job that fit my skills and desires. They really care about finding the right fit. The company I am contracted with has treated me like a real team member and not just a contractor. I have been given responsibility to make decisions for the marketing team involving e-business. I also feel encouraged to learn and grow as a graphic and web designer, which fuels my drive to do so even more."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be honest about your experience and your desires. Robert Half Technologies works to market you, they will know what opportunities will work best and won't put you somewhere you're unhappy."

What don't you like about working at Robert Half?

"I guess the only thing I don't like is not having paid time off. It is something that will come though, if I continue to work for Robert Half Technologies."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Continue the work on helping creative talent find jobs in Des Moines. Robert Half Technologies works to place technology workers, but has recently tried bringing The Creative Group (a part of Robert Half) to Des Moines as we have a growing number of creatives looking for employment."
