3.5 I've worked as a Research Assistant since August 2012 and I've really enjoyed doing so. I get to work on my thesis and also get to expand my knowledge while doing the same. My supervisor is extremely supportive of me and is constantly encouraging me on my research and its findings.

Duties include, supporting and troubleshooting all lab computers, any network or hardware related issues. Implementing application via remote desktop. Helping and attending students with any IT related difficulties. Maintaining lab network infrastructure. These were some of my main responsibilities.
