"First, I am not sure of the affiliation of NB coatings with R&H. I worked for R&H chemical plant in Deer Park, TX. What I liked about R&H was that they were willing to spend money to make real improvements."

"Be prepared to answer typcial interview questions."
What don't you like about working at Rohm & Haas?
"I wish R&H had better benifits. Their benefits were only OK compared to others in the industry."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"R&H has now been bought out by Dow Chemical. As a result, I got laid off, and am not a part of the new changes taking place. So, no, I don't have any suggestions."
