"The communication channel between team members is pretty tight, you cannot actually know what the other person is actually thinking. There might be situations where you think everything is going well but NO, do not believe if something is good. It is always a Too good to be True kind of situation. I have seen directors stepping down and what about normal employees apart from those in management."

"This large company could afford to train their employees well."

"Sioux Valley (now Sanford) has high expectations of staff workloads and quality."

What don't you like about working at Sanford Health?

"Company was very large and impersonal in may respects. Sometimes there was not enough time to give every patient a great experience."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Administration should get to know staff better so they have a better feel of how the patients are being cared for."
