"I've worked for SAP for a number of years. It is a highly "who you know" environment. The company has some really good people, but processes tend to slow everything to a crawl. They would like to be a global company, but can't seem to figure out how to use resources that aren't directly facing each other."
"Good place to work, nice environment."
"Been working with SAP for 6 years, great learning environment, project changes can be quite fast, have to be agile."
"I worked for a company that was bought out by SAP. The integration process was slow, and problematic, but that is true of any acquisition. While they promised that no one would be laid off in the transition, I have seen many people leave since the transition. Working for such a large company means that your manager is probably off site, so there isn't much direct contact with them. The people can be enthusiastic, but the campus I worked on was low on morale. Benefits and pay are very good however."
"SAP is an excellent company and offers a great working environment, however learning SAP technologies confines one to the limited SAP world."
"Excellent company with excellent culture of customer, technology focus and work ethics."
"SAP has great work environment and employee benefits."
"I work for SAP for just one year. I really enjoyed the company, except for one aspect: lack of transparency about the employees' future. I was caught in surprise when my boss told me I was being laid off."
"SAP as an organization is a good place to work."
"Great place to work. Great experience."
"Working at SAP was fun. There has been lots of changes lately."
"I worked at SAP in Waldorf Germany as a student for a year participating in 3 internships. Great place to work!"
"I have worked for SAP Labs since June 2013. I simply adore the work environment and energy the employees here have."
