"They hate to give raises. Not able to move up either."
"I have worked at Savvi going on three years now. When I first started I felt a little out of my element since I had never worked in retail, but I knew how to sew, good at customer service and working with people. There was a small staff and we all got along great and everyone loved working there. My hours were varied at first then I was working 40 hours a week, less when it was slower, but, since moving to a new and bigger location, my hours and work have been cut drastically."
