What don't you like about working at Schneider National?

"When I first started, the company looked to keep employees happy for the wrong reasons. With the economy as it is now, to retain your employment your associates will do what is necessary. If they do not there are others who will!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Continue to get the associates involved in the business, by doing so the vision can be shared, and development continues."
