"There is a lot of regulation from the University Policy to South Dakota Board of Regents Policy to the State of South Dakota Regulations to the Federal contracting guidelines."

"Develop systems that encourage people to work together across departments. Provide a framework for groups like the one that I work in to work within the rules."
