"I loved my job as a toy package designer. Being surrounded by toys gave me inspiration to make my designs more fun, more fresh... I felt that my work was alive!"

"The people in position to supervise at SDI/KIDdesigns had poor managerial skills. Often, projects were dropped because of lack of research, development, and a blatant under estimation of time. Managers also lacked interpersonal skills and the ability to oversee the project scope, which resulted in confusion and the dissemination of team unity."
