3.1 I have work for Security National for almost 10 years. Its public/ private owned business, where the family has a 50% ownership interest. The company is growing and is a good place to work. However, opportunities for growth is not readily available. Also, not they do not invest in their most valuable resource (human capital) so turnover in lower lever positions are higher.
