"Working for Select is great company for getting you in the door. I highly recommend their services, and the people who work there are great. Also, I'd like to add that the pay for my services are fair and the support from them is very professional. Their goals in finding me work helped me a lot in gaining employment with my skill set and in return I gain experience in my field of working skills to obtain permanent employment. Even though it is a temp service the time and effort is well worth it."

"Yes, call and cancel your interview and continue collecting unemployment since that's what you'll end up doing anyway......."

"Where do I start The pay was low, the commission structure was horrible, and the points system to measure recruiter metrics didn't make any sense."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Sell the company to a better managed staffing firm."
