"The people from day one have been fantastic. Even the CEO of the company made me feel welcome."

"The only thing would be to just be yourself. This is easy to do because the ones doing the interviews make you feel very comfortable."
What don't you like about working at Tornier?
"The only piece that I don't like is the drive in. But that is not something in their control."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I really don't have any. They are doing a fantastic job here at Tornier, Inc. They are definitely moving in the right direction."

"Yes, learn to manage people, not situations. Until you figure out how to handle your staff, no one will ever be happy in there jobs. And actually manage, don't just wait for it to work itself out."
