1 New leaders should be able to identify who are good managers, do not trust those older managers (25 years+ in Shapell) whatever they say. We were warned not to talk to the Board Members, CEO, CFO, nor any new upper management. Those older managers always promote whoever are incapable, non-opinionated, ass-kissing employees. They gang up together to protect each other, hide information in order to make themselves more valuable to the new upper management. Certain employees were pushed to leave the company when they had been found having conversations with CEO. They always try to give excuses to get rid of those smart, talented employees who voice and delicate themselves to improve production, minimize costs to increase profits. Unfortunately, those older managers simply take credits from their fellow employees' works and claim as theirs.
