"Total disconnection of field and office. Employees are abused assets until they cant perform and then they are removed (sometimes escorted to the door)"

"The original founder built a great company but the current senior management has totally ruined the culture and run the company in the ground. Most of the talented people have left."

"Over the last three years most of the good people have left the company for better jobs in other construction companies. Our CEO and president have no idea what they're doing and how to manage people."

"Exciting projects in retail construction. I met and worked with some great clients and architects. I still keep in touch with some of the great people I met outside of Shawmut, as well as a few supers."

"Be prepared for a multiple page personality test. Make sure you get the package you want up front. I gave up evenings and weekends for a year to get a lousy $1000 bonus. I could have made more in less time moonlighting at McDonald's."

"Horrible atmosphere. The same rules don't apply to many people. The travel is abusive and your time lost is ignored."
