"I enjoyed working with my co-workers and serving regulars. It also provided an environment where you were encouraged to be yourself. The fast-paced nature of the job, as well as the amount of responsibilities that were required of me allowed to really grow as an individual who can work in a stressful environment."

"After a while, the job can become very stagnant."

"The pay was horrendous. I worked there over a year doing the assistant delI manager's job plus my own and never received a raise much less an official review on job performance."

"Offer pay according to skill set and experience. Also offer several job reviews with potential raises over the coarse of your first year, at least."
