"Don't accept a job there until the company is sold or under new management."
What don't you like about working at Signal International?
"Over the last year, it was obvious the company was in financial trouble. It was a tough balancing act to be loyal to the company and the great people that I worked with and self preservation by looking for another job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't be so worried about the trivial stuff and worry more about building the ships and the cost of building the ships."
