"I've worked for this company for over a year. Stress is average but the co-workers are what makes it difficult even after trying to come to some agreement with supervisor to help the morale be high. Supervisor is not qualified for this position, has no good communication skill, no leadership skill, and will not back up his own employees."

What don't you like about working at SITA?
"Company culture includes redundancy - where someone just starts doing someone else's job until they are fired. Many of the employees do not buy-in to the company's goals or strategies. They just keep behaving as if nothing is changed. Management doesn't make the tough decisions. The company seems to be content as a mediocure player in the industry that wins business based on price instead of products or services. Everything they do is just good enough."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire more young people, better align the management goals with the actual operations of the company. Be brave enough to implement the changes necessary to make the company successful. Offer a buy-out plan to the numerous employees who are waiting for retirement while they sabatoge the new corporate initatives. Court more profitable customers who are interested in being industry leaders instead of followers."

"The hours were initially flexible and the technology was decent."

"Do not have this as your sole means of income. Sita is suitable as a second job only."

"The management was initially nonexistent, then overbearing. Very poor management. My contract was ended with no notice, despite good reviews."

"They should articulate a clear vision, hire people in line with that vision, and empower them to act on that vision."
