I enjoy leading people and being able to assist them as needed as we all work as a team to provide excellent customer service.The only thing that I dislike is that it is not a full time position and will not allow me to provide for my family."

What do you like about working at IST Management?
"I liked the days off and getting to work with sane people at the sites they were contracted at. Everyone at IST had an odd work/ life balance, no friends or time for anything outside of IST. Cult-like employees. Making copies is NEVER that serious."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The pay is low for a reason, they treat their employees like actual servants with no brains. Unless you're in Sales or Human Resources, I am not so sure if anyone employed here really wants to work their way up. I hear you will give up your life for this company with not so much as a pat on the back in return."
What don't you like about working at IST Management?
"All of the hypocrisy and bad treatment of new employees. I only worked here for 3 months and saw 3 people come and go who were all underpaid and ignored by management and treated as though they weren't relevant enough to make dog food. A newly pregnant employee was with migraines and other pregnancy related illness was treated as though she was a truant teenage girl because she needed a little time off to cope with morning sickness. Definitely NOT a Company with compassion. I even witnessed their regional manager questioning an employee's military orders - who does this Please give our veterans whatever time is requested of them without giving them the 3rd degree."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Take time to listen to your new employees and take training courses in human compassion and ethics."

"The benefits and organization are among the best in the nation."

"Patience is key as most processes throughout the organization can move at a slow pace."

"I enjoy working for one of the premier Healthcare companies in Florida and the US."

"Accountability and ability to change are a must. People have a fear of change, but this cannot impeded or slow down progress."

"Too much gossip in the company. This causes problems that are unnecessary."

"More Support for new sites, I received many calls from new employees. That did not receive help from the corp. offices."

"Be prepared, ask a LOT of questions. This is a PC company and it is hard to get to a real answer"

"There was very little support and a lot of second guessing"

"Please empower the remote sites and give them support and guidance, not a lot of PC answers."

"Stimac Construction is a very reputable construction company. When you work for a company that has a great reputation it motivates you to keep the quality and work ethic high. I enjoy almost all co-workers/sub-contractor's that I work with which makes for a positive work environment."

"If you have a strong work ethic and are passionate about construction, then Stimac Construction could be a very rewarding company to work for."
What don't you like about working at Stimac Construction?
"I want to pursue the food science industry. Construction is great, but I'm more passionate about food manufacturing rather than house/building manufacturing."

"Keep the job site safe, be a positive leader, and have a good work ethic that motivates others."

"Position restructures to better suit the business needs and employee accountability"

"They tend to pay their management decent and the hours are not bad."

"They are going to stay in the position they are in for a long time unless they bitch and complain. Welcome to Ricoh."

"We tend to do very stupid thing that are handed down from people in cush corporate jobs."

"I would focus more on the people and less on their technology."

"The people I work with and work for are all striving to meet budgets and to satisy the customers. The products we produce and the value for money we give gives me satisfaction!"

"Great company to work for but keep a close look on the financial situation of the company and follow market intel as building sector is declining. Competition from eastern block countries is tough."

"The insecure future of the factory due to down turn in economy as well as the financial situation af the company."

"Sometimes you have to accelerate out of a crisis rather than slowing down and divesting."

"You can grow with this job, but it will require you to work harder than what you're paid for, and you must be willing to relocate in order to be promoted."
What don't you like about working at IST Management?
"The CEO expects a high standard of performance and dress, but he does not offer the compensation for that level of performance."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would give better support to the employees, especially female employees. I've seen female employees go on maternity leave and not have a job to come back to. If you're going to expect a certain standard of excellence from employees, you need to offer adequate compensation. Otherwise you will lose employees to fast food."
What do you like about working at IKEA?
"P and L responsibilty, Automation, Resonsibility of the complete site. Working with a great management team to drive improvements and see a plant grow."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Prepare for long hours and frustration with the automation. Other than that Swedwood has great learning experience and diffirent culture that what we are accustom to in the US"
What don't you like about working at IKEA?
"Automation, because it was manufactured in Europe support was very difficult. This caused delays in production and the continous improvement process. Because of the size of the company bureaucracy come into play delaying simple decesions."

"In the future purchasing equipment that has support in the US"

"Honeywell and BP are great companies to work for, with lots of room for opportunities."

"Be honest with what you can and cannot do on the job."
What don't you like about working at Honeywell?
"There is not enough job security. Everything is contract. If they lose the contract, you lose the job."

"None, as they are mostly aware of what type of people they need."

"HR drives company but does it poorly."
What do you like about working at International Paper?
"Compensation is decent but trails some of their competitors. Recent acquisition will provide more opportunities, but expect the closure of more IP plants due to TIN plants being in much better repair with newer equipment."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"HR places great emphasis on diversity hirings. Negotiate your level and pay before accepting, once you are in they tend to provide raises below cost of living."
What don't you like about working at International Paper?
"Very political, hard to trust some of the management team. For all the effort they place in identifying future leaders the seem to overlook some of the best performers while promoting people who lack integrity."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Need to work on best practices. Our lean cost model may go a little far, but is much more controlled than TIN. However, from visits to their plants they are in better repair and have superior production capabilities. Practice greater discipline in the market place now that one of the strong competitors is part of our team."
