"I worked for Skanska since 2010. I started out in the New Jersey office and eventually moved to the Manhattan office in 2013. I believe there is a lot of potential in this company to grow and promote yourself. However, this requires a lot of commitment and being active with your co-workers. I started off as an intern, I will soon be promoted to a senior level after five years with the company. Compensation is good, it is certainly not the best but it is average. The vacation and sick day policy is great. Benefits include 401k, stock plan, health plan, life insurance, bonuses and tuition reimbursement of up to $6,000."
