"The company was dedicated to turning the lights off. The capital and energy invested into technology was best in class for a disc replicator."

"They must be creative and have a solid technical background. Using PC's and process improvement techniques is a must."

What don't you like about working at Sony?

"Upward movememnt was slow. Everone including me loved working for the company and there was very little turn over."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stay innovative. It's Sony's stong suit. I actually still stay in touch with the old team and they are doing well as a company."
