"I've worked here since 2008 and every year it gets worse. The culture is poor. The higher level personnel have no idea or insight into what the projects are doing. It takes extremely long to get anything ordered or put on contract which kills momentum. Engineers are expected to be contract managers and not utilizing the knowledge and expertise to accomplish technical assignments."
