"If I particular skill. Labor job if you get the higher-wage you're typically better off but you can earn more money going to a different company even compared to the top out rate at Spirit I make pretty well lower than most people that are certified in side of NDT. I make it about as much as a lot of trainees at other companies. That being said it pays better than my first trainee job which was a mom & pop shop that didn't pay hardly anybody very well and would not look at any of your experience in order to give you a wage including your school experience. Which for that company I made less than most trainees do at other companies and less than what I could have made if I went somewhere else but they actually work with my hours since I was working multiple jobs."
