"The company constantly changes expectations. We struggle to meet the demands of customers due to staffing shortages. There is a complete disregard for how hard we work and they do not respect our time. Take time from PTO if we do not work 45 hours a week but do not add time to PTO if you work over 45 hours."

"Focus on positive motivation, not negative! Allow time for a work-life balance. Celebrate employee tenure. Offer incentives to show appreciation."
