"Unfortunately being at the level I was involved in and the changes that were taking place in the company it made it very hard to actually get the job done. I think that was more frustrating than anything."

"I wouldn't have any suggestion for the management I worked under - they were very open and willing to listen. They understood that everyone's opinion had influence."
