What do you like about working at Starbucks?

"The ability to get up close to the customers, see their expressions when you see them walk in the door and you have their drink ready, and sometimes its free."

What don't you like about working at Starbucks?

"Some districts have poor training within the upper management, getting complete and concise information can be difficult, especially when you have roll outs of products so often."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Increased management training. District and Regional managers need to take the super cape off and work the stores before complaining about customer service."
