"Go somewhere else. At one time this was a great place to be, but those times are gone. I can't wait till I see their doors closing; it would be for the betterment of all."

"The agents are ready to get out of the business - ready for retirement. Expect the impossible. They are not realistic. The sooner they retire, the better."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get back to basics, and treat clients how they should be treated. Basic customer service is shunned upon by agents. Disgusting - I would not want my insurance there at this time."
