"The FITC department is very hidden inside the McHenry library. I love helping instructors improve their eCommons sites and bring them into the technological age but so few departments on our campus know of my department that I feel the workload can be a bit sparse at times."

"Community. Being about to work in a good environment with like minded individuals."

"If you love what you are doing you will be happy."

"The complete freedom came from a lack of leadership. It would help to actually have more direction."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would take everyone's opinion in to consideration before acting. And I would follow through with what I told my employees."

"I get to work with students that breathe life into each day."

"Make sure to get a full-time (w/ benefits) position. The many part-time jobs keep you over-worked, and under-paid."
What don't you like about working at Penn State University?
"Higher-ups refuse to do anything about negative situations, other than to discuss the situation and exhaust all possible courses of action."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would stop treating employees like dirt and actually make them want to work there."
