"I no longer work at Summit, the company has been taken over and absorbed into the new."

"I do not since I do not have any more experience working with them than what was needed in order to expedite and orderly transition to the new IT systems."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The absorbing company dissolved the Summit IT department. Most if not all of the existing Summit infrastructure was retired."

"Summit Entertainment has the family feel to it. We are a great team of fantastic employees."

"Talk to Haylen van Koppen. She is fantastic! Don't bring former entertainment experience with you - Summit does everything their own way - and it works!"

"Since the acquisition in January, the family feel is gone. Feels as though we are just another number."

"Communication seems to stop at the lower levels. Very difficult to work properly if you don't know that the goal has changed."
