4.6 It was my first job ever and what a good one. I had to take a class when I was 14 to get certified to teach snowboarding to kids and adults. Because of this certification I was legally able to work when I was 15. The pay wasn't good but basically paid for gas but the free season pass made that just fine. It was super fun and I learned a lot about teaching and working with people of all ages and personality types.

4.8 This was an amazing first job for me. The pay was nice and since my mother was teaching as well, I did not have to worry about gas money or expenses. I used my own gear except for the company coat and I got a free season pass with the job as all instructors do. Some times there would be no kids to teach so we could go off for a couple hours and check in to see if there was classes available to teach. I loved it and had a blast seeing kids and adults get better at something with my help.
