What do you like about working at Moog Medical Devices?

"I enjoyed working with all of my subordinates and all of my managers. I was able to reduce the turn around time in the service department from 45 days down to 3 days. I focussed on Kaizen principles on lean manufacturing in the service department. I also enjoyed working with our international team in building their understanding of the products."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The folks on the local level are great to work with."

What don't you like about working at Moog Medical Devices?

"I did not receive any measureable goals or direction to perform my job. I am a self starter and an analytical problem solver. I was able to see where the critical issues were and to resolve them."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest better communication of short and long term goals to medium level managers."
