"I joined during a merge, so it is hard for me to give a complete review of how things are "normally." However, while I was a part of this company there were many personnel changes, but the overall day to day seemed relatively unaffected. Communication is often an issue at this company with some team leads but others on the team who work beneath the team leads who have been with the company longer are always willing to help out when needed.
