2.9 Currently the business is very slow. I don't know from one day to the next if I'm going to have a full day or not. Attendance is very strict. It is based on a 9 point system No one's fault. Miss a day it's a point. Accumulating 9 points, you are fired. No cell phones are permitted during business hours. When walking in the warehouse although there may be no product, you cross a line, it may be an infraction. It's like walking on egg shells. Morale is not very good.

4 I've worked for syncreon Automotive since February 2012. I have found that it is a great company to work for and has competitive pay. The relationship between the office employees and production floor employees are very strong. This company has given me a great deal of experience to help me grow my career.
