"Suffers badly from people placed in positions that they're not qualified to do. This company is clique oriented. You'll witness unwillingness to finance training, a bias for the provision of cheap equipment, hearsay leadership approaches (nothing is placed in writing), very poor communication and organization, including leads who can't plan and an architect who can't design. Also note, they do abuse their staff verbally."
