Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Talk up teamwork, working with others, but they like strong personalities (good leaders), which is tough sell when they want team players for everything. Be leery when they hire GL's every week, lots of turnover."

What don't you like about working at Target?

"If you were anything but a white male you you were automatically placed on a pedestal as high potential. Too much back stabbing because everyone was teased with promotion because of the huge growth of the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Development is more than some words on paper. Lead by example and take care of your GL's and develop them to their personal goals."
