What do you like about working at Qualcomm?
"It's always sunny outside and always dark inside, a shame, bad."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Get it all up front because even though it appears they're building up in this business, it's 4 years, 5 tops, and there's the downsize of Nokia Moto Siemens Blackberry and others."
What don't you like about working at Qualcomm?
"Well it's a maze of mazes, so they really need a search party to find you. I even see people working today, the holiday, just to meet schedule, but in most cases the design gets sent to India for the lower pay or no OT at all. So this is what makes me want to be here."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Well first of all have not an idealistic plan but a realistic plan. Also accelerated schedules mean accelerated cost, that's why phones are subsidized."
What do you like about working at Michigan State University?
"I generally like the work flexibility. The deadline is given to me but I can work at my own pace and finish before the deadline."
What don't you like about working at Michigan State University?
"There is nothing that I really hate about my company."

"I don't have any suggestions for the management. I find everything good."

"The employees. There are a lot of great people working here."

"Be honest and don't go into interviews thinking you know it all. They are very thorough in the interviewing process."

"I think the company could do a better job of paying employees better and spend less in other unneeded areas."

"General management is very good. I can't complain about that at all."

"The ability to work with people in person and on the phone"

"Stay alive. People sleep in different parts of the world at different time. Business is not restricted to the USofA."

"Management change restricted customer access caused a reduction in ability to secure client need"

"DO not try to sell a product during a development cycle."

"How easy it is to access the notes when troubleshooting a certain problem."

"No, just bring your A+ game and know what you are talking about while getting interviewed."

"The amount of downtime there is when there is nothing to do."

"More organized way of training its employees, very amateur like."

"I was able to learn. We had good training. Help was available. Encouragement for good was given. Good attendance and good work were rewarded."

"This is a good company to work for. I don't remember exactly what health benefits are provided, but I know they have some so that's always good. It is a fast paced environment with hundreds of incoming calls."

"Micromanagement and lack of communication with lead and / or supervisor."

"Keep up the good work. Communicate more often with your employees."

"I'm independent and given freedom in my shift to make decisions."

"While working day shift the experience tech's and L2's are treated by some in management like the new techs."

"Allow the tech the freedom to do the work they are trained in with minimum micromanagement."
What do you like about working at Milestone Technologies?
"I accepted the offer without knowing anything about the company now that I know where I am working I am excited. Otherwise I was just going to wait it out."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"For this role don't wear glasses and do cover up your accent and throw around a lot of technical words. Ask that you have a witness for your interviews with the two hiring managers in case you don't get hired."
What don't you like about working at Milestone Technologies?
"It's clear my team has no clue what is going on. All the managers do is complain about everything. No time, not making enough money, no support. We've only been here a few weeks and we're already looking. My friends are asking to be referred but I wouldn't let them come into work for the service delivery team we have. They aren't technical and it's clear they haven't a clue what support is. I don't know how Milestone was given this business.One of the hiring managers is clearly discriminatory. He went so far as to tell me we can't hire people with accents because it might appear we have outsourced overseas."

"Hire leaders that know what they are doing plain and simple."

"I like learning all the mobile technology on the market and how to set up and operate."

"Don't do it. The owner will not compensate you for your efforts."

"The owner is a micromanager who can't manage a business."

"Quit being so cheap with your personnel, and get out of the store when customers are there."

"I love working with others, and the flow of ideas is invigorating."

"The commute is too far and it is getting unsustainable. Also, I feel like I'm stuck in a position that is going nowhere."
