"Don't unless you are a sales person, they are not really interested in anything else, including the students that have already paid."

"The sale people interfered with the students learning and progressing, it was a constant battle fighting for what was best for the students."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"When a new student has completed his or her enrollment keep sales out of the students programs and let them proceed successfully. Stop lying to the students, you are only hurting them."
