"Be careful in how lean you make the company because that could make it more difficult to get the end result completed."

"Be honest and make sure that you know what you're getting yourself into. They are very volatile and changes are constant."

"Constant change in management. Cannot decide on a direction that they want to go and how they are going to get there. Business culture is awful and toxic. Everyone walks around afraid to do stuff b/c they don know when they might be the next person to get fired. Need serious work on improving their products, facilities, processes"

"Get some consistency. Put some effort into improving the business culture and let the people know that you are there to help them. Need to spend some serious money updating the products, facilities, and"
