"I have worked for TeleDirect Communications since March 2018 as an Inbound/Outbound customer service representative serving many different industries. While the job is easy enough, prepare to be micro-managed with low pay, little time off and no benefits whatsoever. This is a plausible first job for a young person interested in pursuing a call center career. However, it's not for everyone."
