"I worked at the Jay Group for almost 10 years. While it was a pleasant place to work, I would not recommend it to anyone. Compensation is low compared to other Contact Centers and local companies. Management lost focus a long time ago and is a shell of its former self. Employees are not appreciated and are viewed as disposable. Nepotism is rampant and as a result an industry novice brought down the Contact Center within months as two major clients were lost."

"Dont' do it unless you really need the money, it's not a great place to work anymore"

"The fact that they couldn't keep a customer. Makes it hard to pay my paycheck otherwise."
